Dear J.J.:
My husband and I wanted to express our appreciation to you for referring us to Steve Johnson last month as we were in the market for a used car. Your additional help at the end of this “process” was also very much appreciated.
Please know that the help Steve gave us was stellar! He was very responsive to our various requests and questions. We had arranged, with Steve, to come in yesterday to purchase a used car from your establishment. Because Steve was on vacation, Randy Taylor was asked to take over. Randy went above and beyond our expectations as he helped us with the paperwork going over the car with us, and ensuring that everything was “as it should be.”
You know the “history” behind the purchase of this used car. Certainly you, Steve and Randy had reason for frustration because of the chain of events. But, not once did my husband or I feel that you resented us because of the circumstances (which were beyond our control as well). Had we felt resentment at all, we would have stepped away from the purchase of the car because it was important to us that a business deal not be made if there were going to be hard feelings as a result of the purchase. Rick and I never want to take advantage of anyone or any situation!
Randy spent over 2 ½ hours with us last evening explaining everything we needed to know, making sure the car was clean and ready to be taken off the lot, and trying to “entertain” us as we waited for quite some time to sign the papers. Certainly he had other things to do, but he dropped everything else so that he could serve us. He was amazing in all that he did! We expressed our appreciation to him last night as we left, but we wanted to do it again through this note to you.
If all your staff are as friendly, competent, and reliable as Steve and Randy have been- I am sure your establishment will enjoy success as well as “repeat customers!” Thank you again for all you did to help us.

"Not the Stereotypical Car Salesman"

I just wanted to drop you a note and say that I appreciated Randy Taylor's help in purchasing our new Accord.  Randy is the reason that I returned to LHM Honda.  He knows his product but isn't the stereotypical car salesman.
There was no pressure or hype but rather competence and a very helpful attitude.

Randy presented a fair price without the traditional "I'll have to check with my manager" negotiations.

He spend a great deal of time showing my wife all of the features of our new Accord and generally made the buying experience tolerable (if that's possible).

Randy is a real asset to LHM Honda.

The day of our purchase was very important to us and it was truly a pleasure to meet with Randy Taylor face to face, having only conversed with him on the phone and via email. We recognized our vehicle as soon as we walked on the lot. We were introduced to Randy and he immediately had us in our Pilot for a test drive. It was heaven. We returned to the dealership and completed the necessary paperwork and then Randy gave us a very knowledgeable and complete introduction to all of the Pilot's features and answered all of our questions as well as informing us of the other services available at Larry H. Miller for the maintenance of our new vehicle. We left Larry H. Miller feeling excited about our new vehicle and elated about the purchasing experience.
 
We would like you to know that we hold Randy Taylor in high regard. He was pleasant man of integrity and a joy to work with. Thanks for helping us with our new mini-van, we love it!  We wanted to let you know that we appreciated your service and professionalism throughout the the transaction.  Negotiating the price was painless, with the assistance of the internet and telephone.  Thanks for again for the delivery to Park City.  The extra effort was totally appreciated.  Randy, great job explaining all the features.  We still do not have the hang of the DVD controls, but that will come with practice.  Luke and his little brother Grant love watching Nemo.  Keep treating people the same way and you will have lots of success.

I just bought a used (not “certified”) Honda Civic DX from your dealership. My Son and I were treated like kings! Steve Johnson is a super guy! He made sure our car had new tires (bad weather outside), was washed and ready to go! No wonder he has so many award plaques in his office cube! Randy Taylor made us feel at home and was very friendly. Brad Smoot was very nice as we went over finances. I got a great deal and am highly impressed with your dealership. I WILL BUY MY NEXT NEW CAR THERE! Willie Honda just doesn’t hold a candle to you. Thanks again and pass on my sincere thanks to those I mentioned!!

Kent and I attended the new car clinic last night and had a great time. Everything was wonderful, the food, the presentation and the tour.

We bought a car from you on Friday. It was the best experience. We were truly treated as “Preferred Customers”. It was not just a saying, your staff made us feel that way.
George, our main man in Service, was there to recommend a salesman and to make sure we were treated fairly. He has always done a great job with the servicing of our 2001 Accord. It is good to know that the 2004 Accord will be in good hands. Your service department has been the best.
