"Left Toyota for a Honda"
Kent and I attended the new car clinic last night and had a great time. Everything was wonderful, the food, the presentation and the tour.
We wanted to let you know what a great job your sales/service/parts people did. Kent has been concerned about leaving the service that he has received from Toyota, but after meeting your people he feels good about the service we will be receiving from Honda.
Purchasing our car from Honda was the easiest car purchase we have ever made. We want to thank you and Steve for making this purchase a pleasant experience.

"Friendly and Personable"
Just a quick note to compliment my salesmen on my recent Element purchase. I purchased my first Element in 2007 From a woman who has now been moved to your finance department. Lou took over my file and has called or emailed me in the past which influenced my decision to return to LHM Honda. When I got there one evening, Lou was in the middle of a 6-hour+ negotiation with other clients so Rhee took his place.
Rhee approached me in the parking lot as I was exiting my vehicle. Personally, I hate that predatory approach, nevertheless, he was friendly and personable and I immediately liked him. Everything was great about the experience including the sales manager Jason. He is clearly my adversary when it comes to what I end up paying for the vehicle yet was professional and courteous through the entire process.
It is going to be difficult for you to hold on to an employee of Rhee's character. He is an asset to your firm.
"Very High Expectations"
I wanted to take a minute and tell you what an excellent employee you have in Lou Slater. I work in an industry where customer service is a very big deal, so I am one to be very harsh if I do not receive the level of customer service that is expected. Not only did Lou meet my very high expectations, he exceeded them. He made our experience seem more like we were talking to a trusted friend then a salesman. Even before our lease was near the end of the term he was calling me to see how we were, called us on Birthdays and just in general. He was not even the person we originally leased the car from but he took us over and for that I am grateful. He listened to not only what I really wanted, but what I really needed in a car and found me a perfect fit. I am still amazed at the amount of time that Lou spent making sure we were aware of every little detail of our new car, he was just as excited as we were about the new car. I hope you realize what and amazing asset you have in Lou.
We also had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan in sales and Brandy in finance, and both of them were excellent. They made us feel comfortable with a part of the car buying experience that is not always very comfortable for most people. I can tell you that the next time we buy a car, it will be from Lou.
I enjoyed our interaction brought on by my vehicle search. Thank you for your help and conversation. It was refreshing to find a kindred "tree-hugger" on the sales lot of a car dealership. I'll be sure to say "hi" whenever I drop by in my new trucky (still unnamed).
"A Great Experience"
I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the help I received from Tony and Wayne. They were very friendly and made car shopping a great experience for me. This was the 2nd time I have bought from Tony and will continue to go to him to buy cars in the future. My husband and I went to the car show knowing that in the near future we would be trading in our leased car for a new car. We arrived at the show with 6 cars and models in mind and we narrowed it down to 2, the Honda Accord being one of them. We searched the rest of the day an d of course got opinions from some of our friends and decided to go with the Honda Accord.
We had 3 dealerships to work with, but both of us were the most impressed with your salesman Wayne Emery. He allowed us to look ask questions and test drive the Accord with no pressure and always making sure our needs were met. We felt like he also devoted his full attention to us. The best offers were written up with no going back and forth. We are very happy to be the proud new owners of a Honda Accord.

I am writing to you in thanks for helping me get into my 2006 Suzuki Forenza. I really had no expectations and most all other dealerships would have just sent me away. "Very Professional, Knowledgeable, and Courteous
I'm writing to commend Corey Chapman and especially Wayne Emery. They were all very professional, knowlegdeable, and courteous. Wayne took a lot of time with me: test-driving, explaining and answering my questions. He introduced me to the Service Manager and showed me around the service Dept. He has called several times to check how things are going and to see if I have any questions. He is a really good guy and absolutely no kin of mine!! So give him a bonus (or a little pat-on-the-back!)
"He Truely Understood"
I arrived at your dealership and 12:30 and from that time until 5:30 Kenn ran around trying to find me a car that would work for my circumstances. My 4 year old grandson was with me the whole time and because Ken put absolutely no stress on me, my experience for those 5 hours went very well. There was not one minute my grandson game me any problems because Kenn kept his promise and made things work. Then the options ran out and I almost thought I would leave having not accomplished what I set out to do. Ken suddenly found one last car, the PT Cruiser which ended up working out tot be the car I would get. I went into the finance room and signed all the paperwork. Then the worst thing happened. To my surprise, I found out that I wouldn't get the cash back I needed until sometime next week. That was going to be too late. Kenn came to the rescue again and said he would spend Friday morning getting it done, going to the bank, and getting the title for my CRV, and so on, so I could have the check and the car Friday afternoon. I remembered that I had NO gas in my CRV to drive home and back. He took my car and put gas in it for me which saved the day!
Unless you have been in such a desperate situation it is not easy to understand what it feels like. It is hard to ask for help, at least it is for me. Sometimes you have no other choice. Kenn was just there for me at the right time and right place under the right circumstances and because he knows all too well what being in this situation is like, he was able to help me. I know that he truly understood how bad things were and he did everything he could to make things better.
In conclusion, I must say that you have a good man working at your dealership who puts the customer first and he never forgot what I needed to have happen. You should be honored to have him on your sales staff.
"Pleasing Sales Experience"
This letter is to let you know how very pleased I was with the sales experience I recently had with Mark Harmon. I was in your dealership on Saturday night when I was first helped by Mark. I was impressed by the straightforward way in which he interacted with me. I was undecided about the model and Make I wanted to purchase. Mark patiently accompanied me on five different test-drives. He tried in every possible way (without being overbearing) to make a sale that night. I left not feeling pressured or disgruntled at all. Mark made me feel VERY comfortable about taking the necessary time to make my decision.
I returned the following Tuesday, ready to buy my car. I arrived at closing time, and Mark stayed late. He never made me feel rushed, but the deal was completed in an expedient manner. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience for me. I was impressed that Mark offered to drive my car home (I had driven to the dealership by myself). I then drove Mark back to the dealership. The only way he could have been more accommodating was to offer to walk back! Mark Harmon played an integral part in making me a Larry Miller Honda fan!
"Above and Beyond"
To Whom it may Concern,
I just wanted to say thank you for the service that my husband and I received from Larry H Miller Honda. Ken Farr went above and beyond customer service in my opinion. I am in sales myself so I have high expectations.
Ken has also followed up with a courtesy phone call to make sure our mats came in. The other salespeople at Larry H. Miller Honda and the Finance Manager were very nice as well.
I purchased my last SUV from Larry H. Miller Honda and would recommend your dealership to anyone I know shopping for a car.
I wanted to write and just say thanks. I bought a 2005 Honda Civic from your dealership from Mark Harmon. He was absolutely great. He made buying my first car one of the best experiences I could have hoped for. He was friendly, honest, and really intelligent in handling every question I had.

"...Changed my perception"
Just a note to let you know that Larry H. Miller Honda, has changed my perception of buying a new vehicle. I have wanted a new car for several years, just did not want to go through the process of buying one.
My husband and I decided to stop by and look at the new Crosstour. Upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted by Pat Milburn. From that moment on, my perception of buying a new car was changed.
Pat and the sales crew were fabulous. Very knowledgeable about the Honda vehicle. With his knowledge and your large selection of vehicles, we were able to get a beautiful CR-V. Not what we came there to look at, but it is exactly what we needed. Everyone that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist, other sales people, finance manager, and the young gentleman that detailed our new car. He even washed off the mats from our old car so they would be clean to go in our new car.
The Finance Manager was very helpful and friendly. I talked with this this morning and he was very helpful. Pat called this afternoon to make sure everything was ok. This is true customer service!!!!

"wonderful job in communicating"
This is in regards to the car I purchased today from Pat Milburn. I would like to give my greatest thanks to Pat and your dealership. You guys did a wonderful job in communicating all of the details and prices. I would like to tell you how great a job Pat did with working for 2 days and over 8 hours with me. I think the world of Pat and feel that I can't express my gratitude sufficiently. Please know you have a great employee in your service. I will be referring anyone interested in a new car to Pat and your dealership.
"Our Recent Odyssey Purchase"
I just wanted to write and thank you and your staff for making our purchase this week so enjoyable. The whole family loves the new Odyssey. We especially want to thank Brian Long for being so willing to work with us. My wife had been sold on the Odyssey for some time but I had a few questions. Monday afternoon I was driving by your dealership so I stopped. Brian spent 45 minutes showing me the Odyssey and answering all my questions. He sold me on the Odyssey, but because my wife wasn't with me, I told Brian I'd need to talk with her. Brian was completely understanding. Exerting no pressure, he simply encouraged me to call him if I had any further questions.
I left the dealership to take care of some other business, and called my wife along the way. She wanted to make the purchase, so I had her call Brian and begin arranging financing. Brian stayed several hours later than he'd planned to get everything arranged. He even brought in an Odyssey from a different dealership in order to meet our specific preferences. The plan was my wife and I would come in early the next morning to finalize the deal. However, later that evening things worked out so that she could meet me at the dealership on my way home. I called Brian who was already home and asked if we could finalize things that night instead of the next morning. He told me it was no problem and that we could all meet at the dealership around 9:00pm.
We were able to finalize everything, and when we came out around 10:30pm to get into our new Odyssey, Brian was right there with the keys. Nearly everyone else had left for the night, but Brian stayed to make certain we were satisfied. We deeply appreciated his willingness to work around our schedule and make sure everything was right.
"What a Difference"Just a note to say thanks for the most enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had. From the beginning we felt like our needs were being met without the typical pressure that is usually present at a car lot.
Mark patiently answered all of our questions and even went out of his way to explain in great detail what leasing is all about. He even called and got us more money for our trade in. His "no pressure" presentation and the way he went above and beyond to help us was memorable. We love our new Accord. Thanks to Mark and also Brandy who took care of all the paperwork.
We will be back. Our son will be ready for a car soon.
